IDA Ireland Visits Schwabe Group Headquarters

On September 16, we were pleased to welcome senior representatives of IDA Ireland to Durlach once again: Michael Lohan and Breda O'Sullivan.
The discussions focused on our “API Landscape” project, which is driving the development of future-ready active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing at our Cork site in Ireland while securing the long-term supply of pharmaceutical ingredients for production at the Schwabe Group's headquarters in Karlsruhe, Germany.
To conclude the visit, our guests gained first-hand insights into the complexity and sophistication of extract manufacturing during a tour of our pilot plant.
