Outstanding training at Schwabe Group Germany!
The chemical-industry employers’ association of Baden-Württemberg (Chemie.bw) recently honored the Schwabe Group Germany for our special achievements in the field of vocational training. Among other things, we have been recognized for the relatively large numbers of trainees and dual-track educational students we help prepare for the workforce year after year. This recognition comes shortly after the business magazine “Capital” granted us an award in 2022 in its study “Germany’s best training companies,” giving us a perfect score in the categories of mentorship and innovative teaching methods.
“Of course we want to have good and motivated employees on our team. If a training program is well done, then it leads to people strongly identifying with a company, which in turn leads to trainees with high motivation, extensive expertise and a strong tie to their company," as Holger Jung, Vice President of Human Resources at Schwabe Group Germany, explains about the strategic approach to our prize-winning training activities.
